Apps Come to ChatGPT

ChatGPT is no longer just for Q&A…it now supports interactive apps you can use directly in your chats. Early partners include Spotify, Canva, Coursera, Expedia, Figma, Booking, and Zillow, with more on the way.

You can call apps by name like “Spotify, make a playlist for my party” or ChatGPT will suggest them when they’re relevant. Results show up right inside the conversation, whether it’s a playlist, hotel options, or real estate listings.

For Developers

OpenAI also released the Apps SDK, giving developers the tools to build apps for ChatGPT’s 800M+ users. Built on the Model Context Protocol, it lets apps blend natural conversation with interactive elements. Submissions and monetization options are coming later this year.

Users get a smoother experience: no more switching tabs to book, design, or shop. Developers gain a new distribution channel to reach millions at the exact moment their tools are needed.

GROK imagine Upgraded to v0.9

Elon Musk’s AI company xAI has rolled out Grok Imagine, an image and video generator, for SuperGrok and Premium+ X subscribers. The tool can turn text or image prompts into short 15-second videos with native audio.

What’s making headlines is its “spicy mode”, which lets users create NSFW content, including partial nudity. Some explicit prompts are blocked with blurred moderation, but semi-nude images still generate. Reports confirm it also restricts certain celebrity prompts for example, it wouldn’t create an image of Donald Trump pregnant, instead producing safer variations.

Gemini 2.5 Computer Use: AI That Clicks, Scrolls, and Types for You

Google DeepMind has released Gemini 2.5 Computer Use, a model that lets AI agents interact with websites and apps just like humans do. Instead of only pulling data from APIs, it can now click buttons, type into forms, scroll through pages, and organize tasks directly on your screen. Think of it as a digital assistant that doesn’t just talk but actually works for you.

Early testers are already using it to automate web sign-ups, run UI testing, and clean up workflows. Built-in safety checks make sure sensitive actions like purchases need your confirmation, keeping control in your hands. Available now in Google AI Studio and Vertex AI, it’s a glimpse of how everyday computer work may soon be delegated entirely to AI.

VEO -3 Prompt To Create Viral Video Using SORA 2

Generate a 12-second ultra-realistic video filmed like a casual phone recording. The camera is handheld, slightly shaky, and sometimes goes out of focus as if someone is surprised and trying to capture the moment in real time. The perspective is from a person standing 2–3 meters away in a small kitchen or dining area.

At second 2, a cat suddenly jumps onto the dining table where a sandwich and a glass of water are placed. The cat quickly grabs the sandwich in its mouth. The plate rattles loudly and nearly falls, captured in shaky motion. The camera jolts and swings clumsily as the person reacts, trying to follow the cat.

From seconds 4–8, the camera pans awkwardly to follow the cat as it bolts away with the food, partially cutting the cat out of frame for a moment, then catching it again. This imperfect framing should feel like authentic amateur filming.

At seconds 9–12, the camera points back toward the person recording, who laughs in disbelief. The laugh is muffled, slightly off-mic, adding to the raw feel. Freeze frame for 1 second on the laugh and the empty plate before looping to the starting frame.

Visual style: natural indoor daylight, no cinematic lighting, slightly grainy like a real phone.
Audio: raw environmental sound (plate clatter, cat paws, shaky handling, muffled laugh).
On-screen text at start: "You won’t believe what just happened."
On final freeze frame: "Still hungry?" in bold overlay.
