OpenAI Introduce ChatGPT Health (Source)
OpenAI just launched ChatGPT Health, a separate space within ChatGPT where you can connect your medical records and health apps like Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, and others. The idea is to help you make sense of all your scattered health info, from lab results to doctor's notes to fitness data, so you can better understand what's going on with your body and prep for appointments. It's not meant to diagnose or replace your doctor, just help you be more informed.
Privacy is a big focus here. Your health chats are kept separate from regular conversations, have extra encryption, and won't be used to train their AI models. You can connect or disconnect apps anytime, and everything stays under your control. Right now it's in early access with a waitlist, available first in the US (some features are US only), and they're planning to roll it out more widely in the coming weeks.
